This app allows technicians to access their assigned tickets via username/password authentication. Technicians can service their tickets by progressing each ticket through its life cycle by updating its status. When the ticket reaches one of the completed states, the technician can present his/her device to the customer when the latter can input a digital signature and offer some feedback regarding the service.
